CHRISTMAS PARTY CHEER

Notices

President Elect Eleanor stepped into the breach tonight welcoming us all to what was rather a full house. All the better for our guest Speaker Remaya, and a welcome back to Wendy , Bob and Annette, Honourary Member Rosemary and Penny.

NEXT MEETING 11th JUNE

A card was received from Child Cancer Society thanking the Club for the support.

A huge thank you to Sue for all her hard work organising the Christmas party, the place looks amazing, a marvellous effort.

A little 'story' regarding Carol's underwear on the clothesline!!!

On behalf of the Club, President Dave called in the wonderful staff from the Dunedin Club to thank them for their service, meals and computer liason and handed them some gift in a show of our appreciation.

 CHRISTMAS PARTY AUCTION

I am sure there is a photo somewhere of our very own "wipe on wipe off" Karate Kid Auctioneer.

A gem of an idea originally from Andrew H, when travelling overseas, bring an item back for Auction, funds raised going towards the Shelterbox.

The bottle of whisky was hotly contested but will be gracing the Stitely home for the Festive Season.

The bottle of perfume did not go as an anniversary present...to be found under the Spence Christmas Tree.

President in Elect, Eleanor announced her staff for her 2019/2020 Term.

CHOCOLATE

The Night Shelter staff were very touched to receive the chocolate and thought it was a great idea. Well done Eleanor and thanks to Sue and Graham for delivery of the goodies.

Heartiest congratulations to David and Jan celebrating  their  Golden Wedding Anniversary. A night away in Queenstown with a surprise gift basket from the children.
